PEPR brings together a team of passionate, mission-driven professionals who are globally experienced and deeply committed to creating positive outcomes for others. We are strategists, operators, builders, and changemakers who believe that when organizations thrive, movements grow, and change happens.
Our team’s backgrounds span more than 40 nonprofit partnerships, global brands and conglomerates, creative and innovative environments, entrepreneurial startups, international expansion, and complex organizational transformations — including mergers and acquisitions.
These diverse experiences give us the humility to listen, the confidence to guide, and the capacity to help organizations navigate complexity with clarity and care.
