HOW PEPR
ELEVATES

Growing nonprofit organizations play a vital role in shaping a more compassionate, equitable world - yet many lack access to the strategic, operational, and cultural support they need to thrive internally and accelerate their impact externally.

Through PEPR Elevate, we offer programs, advisory, and community spaces at no cost to participants. These services are designed to:

  • strengthen organizational foundations,

  • develop healthy and effective teams, and

  • build the internal capacity required for long-term success.

These offerings exist because of the generous support of donors, funders, and philanthropic partners who believe, as we do, in strengthening the movement from within. Their partnership enables us to expand access to high-quality guidance and practical support — helping organizations operate more effectively and contribute to durable, collective impact across the ecosystem.

We take time (through interviews, reviews, and learning sessions) to understand your people, culture, systems, structures, and current needs.

3. Co-designed Engagement Plan
We work with you to co-create a plan that fits your capacity and your goals - whether fractional support, a specific project, or a hybrid approach.

4. Clear Onboarding & Transition
We integrate smoothly into your team, systems, and workflows - and ensure stakeholders feel informed, supported, and part of the process.

Wind Turbines Landscape

In the vegan and animal advocacy movement, operations professionals are the engine behind the mission - keeping organizations running smoothly, sustainably, and strategically. But let’s be honest: being “in operations” often means wearing every hat at once.

You’re responding to people’s needs, managing financial activity, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining systems, reducing risk and solving unexpected problems - sometimes all in a single day. On top of that, you’re shaping internal culture, promoting wellbeing to prevent burnout, reimagining how teams work together, and exploring how AI can support your mission.

To support, strengthen and celebrate this critical leadership, PEPR created 'Enabling Impact: The Animal Advocacy Ops Collective' - an Operations+ Community for the Farmed Animal & Vegan Advocacy Movement - a collaborative space for connection, shared insights, and collective impact.

Community for Ops+ Professionals

collaborating with PHILANTHROPIC Partners

Philanthropic partners know that powerful missions need strong organizations behind them.

But many nonprofits – especially those driving urgent work for animals, communities, and the planet – lack the resources to strengthen their internal systems or support their teams through growth and change.

We partner with funders who want to change that.

Through PEPR Elevate, we co-create opportunities for nonprofits to access the strategic, cultural, and operational support they need to thrive. Whether it’s building culture, strengthening finance and operations, supporting leadership, or guiding organizations through inflection points, we help funders invest in the long-term health of their grantees.

The result: healthier teams, clearer strategies, stronger operations — and movements that are better equipped to create lasting positive change.
